I'm backing this statement up, it just a communication tool after all, plus, practice makes perfect! Don't be so keen to find others mistake, it will just spoil the fun of communication. We all learning from making mistakes.

Lol, here comes the exact example of someone keen to find out mistakes. It is just a casual way in conversation. Why would you making life so hard? Chill out!

I have organized Toastmaster in Tokyo several years ago. Toastmaster , refers to a person in charge of the proceedings of a public speaking event. It can be as simple as requesting everyone to raise a glass and give a toast. It requires confidence and gives an event-enlivening effect.

For those who are interested, you can contact me and if there are sufficient number of interested people, I will consider to organize it again.
