I used to have this kind of dream to creat a wechat group for oral English

我赞同你的前半观点。真正想学正确点，还是去上上课，不然就去找纯母语的人。如果单纯只是交流，中国式英语还是日本式都可以，大家都能猜懂的。更何况用微信大部分国人还是习惯中文。
楼主可以去fb上面找些外佬练练。或者现在很多网络课程直接面对面对话。
